The staff that initially formed Astilleros y Talleres el Puerto came from years of experience and previous generations dedicated to this sector. At the beginning, the company was dedicated to the repair and maintenance of fishing boats, ships and certain assembly and industrial boiler works.
With the need to adapt and take advantage of new opportunities, Talleres El Puerto decided to train and specialise its workers in order to distinguish itself and thus cover more ground in the industrial sector.
